How do you create a cutout person/object in Cinema 4D?

I have uploaded a photo of what I want to achieve. In the Content browser in Cinema 4D there is a folder with cutout of people.
When I look at the texture file they are in PSD. How can I do this? For example, how can I create a building cutout and when I import this building in cinema 4d, its only a cutout like the one in the second photo.
