marvelous designer for simulation animation?

Hi

I have just checked Marvelous Designer 2 and i think is great. The cloth simulate very realistic and VERY FAST.

I was wondering if this program is just for making cloth..?.., or can be used for simulation like nCloth from maya?

I know that you can import cache and such but i dont know if the program can be a substitute of like i mention nCloth, syflex, etc.?
