FumeFX Dry Ice smoke

Hey guys,
I'm new to FumeFX and I was wondering if anyone knows a tutorial on how to make the Dry Ice effect?

I know that there's a good example in the DVD "FumeFX Advanced Training" but I'm still many hours from downloading it :(
