Parts of huge torr are missing from HDD

Hi to all fellow Persians.

I'm in the middle of a riddle here - downloading some serious amount of GB's , since freeleech is on, and something strange is going on - some of files are just missing from HDD. I have set few of them to high download, and they are 100% downloaded in torr client, but they are just not appears on hdd. Any idea how to find missing parts?

System - Win7 x64
Client - uTorrent
Downloading on external HDD (MSI, 500 GB, 2.0)

In client everything seems to be fine - almost every file has some parts downloaded, but folder on hdd shows only 22GB's of used space.
