I've been trying this out in lightwave 3d with the Kinect. I used the genoma skeleton and resized into my human character. Then used the kinect rig to capture motion and retarget it to the genoma skeleton. However after retargeting the feet were twisted around and the arms a bit close in to the torso. I tried to correct this by adjusting the animation of the genoma skeleton but a lot of the bones wont adjust. Seems as if the bones are gimbal locked. Only certain adjustments seem to function. Also if I use the other genoma rig for motion capture thats listed in modeler, I can't find the right prefix for retargeting. Is there any manual for instructing the correct way of doing this. Is it possible to get hold of the 'Bounce' character as used in their videos?
At the moment I am struggling.
