3DS max activation on win8

Hi,

i am having some trouble with activating 3ds max design 2014 on win8. I have downloaded 3DS max design 2014 sp3 and installed in two machines - win7 and win8. However win 7 machine activated easily by manual, but windows 8 machine keeps struggling - I always get this - Registration-Activation Error (0015.111) - despite anything - tried run as admin, change system time, patch memo on different activation stages, disable uac - nothing works.

Please help me.
