Hi
I am new to this whole thing and have a pretty basic question.
I only have Cinema 4D and would appreciate to keep working in that, as that's what I am currently comfortable with. However I i trying to build a scene where Archinteriors from Ever Motion would be ideal. Provided it's a .3ds file can I safely assume that it will import into C4D complete with lights and materials? Or am I way off assuming that? I know I can't import .max files, but since .3ds can be imported I was hoping I'd be able to use them?
Thanks a lot in advance.

The more I look around the more it looks like I need 3D Max.
