UDK....plugins.....script .....preset ?

hi all!

first i don't know if i need put this tread on plugins request or in general cg help so if i did a mistake just move it in the proper category

is there any additional tool for udk like in unity ? plugins script or any preset

any one got the remote for android from udk? is it possible to share it?

and the last question is wish is the best application to create games on mobiles ?
