Go to someone's profile -> statistics -> find all posts and click the to see someone's specific post (not the whole thread)
Some of the links come out like this: I take it that the /f%forum_if%/ doesn't quite belong there.
This happens on number of users and apparently quite randomly(?).
No biggie but still a forum error.
