Problem trying to re-seeding

Hey guys,

I just cleaned my HD and now that i want to seed my old files with uTorrent, nothing happens, even when i try to download, cant upload or download.. so... if somebody could help me out i would appreciate it .. got more than 70 apps or tutorials or what ever.. that i want to share with the community ... and cant do it.. thanks for everything.. happy holidays! :)
