cebas thinking particles r4 install problem

hi.
i have a problem with TP4 SP3 .when i install it and run 3ds max, in TP property window i can't see operator name and all of them are collapsed.you can see pic from my window on this link:

i unistall ip clamp and tp and registery of windows and install it again but it dosn't work.
my max is 2012 64bit
and win 7 64bit

im sory my english is not good.:(

plz help me.
