account has been disabled

Hi,

I have been hoping to get to the torrents part of this forum, and have been around for a long time, but I am not guru at using all this stuff. Still, that does not mean I wont follow the rules and make my contributions.

Alas, it seems my account for CFPeers, while created, has been disabled. I have no idea why, as I have ever intentionally broken any rules. Is there a way for me to get my account re-inabled?

I tried the IRC option, but on my Win8 system, my connections are denied, etc. and I see no other way to ask for help than to post here.
