After effects cs6 connection questions

This happend when i open a projects with AE cs6 , in the AE start screen my firewall ask me for the next connections :

afterfx.exe
remote 127.0.0.1 - tcp
port 49797

adobeQT32 Server.exe
remote 127.0.01 TCP
port 49929

I have to allow the , if not AE dont start.

when the project is opened , my firewall ask me about this connection :
aftereffects.exe
remote 127.0.0.1 tcp
port 49939

And when i render i get this :
aftereffects.exe
remote 127.0.0.1
port 49990

remote is always the same but ports change sometimes.

Is this normal or i have to do something about it ?.
