AUTOSNAP! in maya 2014

hi there,

i just realized i'm wastin lot and lots and lot of time in:
moving, snapping, resnapping, pivoting, move pivot here and there, left to right...........

i want a to turn ON an autosnap move for everything i do in maya.


i use it just to shape models for game developing.
if i can turn ON the autosnap on every operation i'm gonna save so much time...

if you can, TELL ME please how to do that! :)
