Installing 3DSMAX 2012 after 3dsm2014 ECS Premium is safe ?

Hi Guys I've installed Autodesk 3ds Max Entertainment Creation Suite Premium 2014 recently, and still learning:
Is it safe to install 3DSMAX 2012 after it, how do I avoid conflicts.

Do I need to install to another partition ?
Do I have to move files ?

Can I have VRAY in both ?

Any additional Conflicts with Shaders and Scripts ?

Lots of stuff is not available for 2014 yet so I want to install both version and trying to expand them to the MAX to see what I can put out from those

Any suggestion appreciated.
