Vue xstream 10 Tooltips Problem

So im starting to use Vue 10 xStream 64 bits , the crack worked great, no problems. but when i leave the mouse over any icon, for example the one to create water, the tooltips (or names of the tools) are not being displayed.
I googled for this problem and i only found a topic very old where they talked about changing some display options but that didn't help, and there was no other answer for this.

Tried a reinstall and also 32bits but is the same.

In another result, some person said that the same problem happened on softimage when using the plugin, the solution was to right click on the bars and select "customize" but this is not possible on Vue.

any other idea?
