Why was my thread tossed?

explain to me why my request thread was tossed.

I do not understand how a thread about a plugin, requested in the plugins "request area" for software that presents Visual FX to the web,....could be considered anything other than a Visual FX plugin. Without programs like dreamweaver, and the plugins that run it, and the web environment that they graphically display to the world, other VFX programs would be useless.

I started using the internet when there were no graphics, when there were no visual interfaces with photos and gifs and 3D environments. Dreamweaver and other programs made the use if gif, and jpeg, and other visual stimulation possible....at the very base of it all the graphical interface of the internet today is nothing but a big Visual FX environment.

So please explain to me why my thread was tossed, and why my request didn't even warrant the respect of a response.

I would like very much please for the thread to be restored and I would dearly love some help with the request if someone can handle it.
