Where can I upload?

I have some tutorials that are about 10-16GB each. Does anyone know where I can upload files this big for free?
They all come in 3 sections so I can zip them into separate sections making them around 4GB each?
Or, does anyone know a free software that I can use to zip these folders that will also split them for me? I am runnin on a Mac
