Zbrush cursor problem .need advise from Zbrush users

hello ,
i'm facing problem fixing the mouse cursor on model to the center of the brush in zbrush .can anyone guide me how to fix it and also let me know what i have done wrong ?

I know it is a minor issue but its very annoying .please help me .....
