FumeFx.ini Problem resolved

You don't have to go right click RUN AS Administrator.

Just Go On C\ Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\plugins\AfterWorks\FumeFX\
right click on FumeFX.ini, Propereties. On Security option select USERS(.......), click below EDIT, For W7 just click YES for
permission. In a new window select again USERS(.......), and at the bottom of the window, scroll down and hook a WRITE then APPLY. When you turn the 3ds max in this case version 2012, No more messages about Fume FX.
