vray maya shadow radius

I have a question. I coming from a cinema 4d background and wanna change my rendering workflow to maya until the new vrayforc4d update comes out. In VrayforC4d and in VrayforMaya you could use any light not only the vray lights. In cinema 4d if u are using a directional light u got a nice little feature called shadow radius which increases rendertime but breaks up the very very crisp shadows of a directional light and blur the shadows accordingly to the distance from the object. Is there any option like that in vray for maya, i searched on google and on the official website and of course here, but nothing.

Hello everybody!
I am searching for three tutorials from digital tutors and i would be delighted if someone would share them (or one of them).
The tutorials are "rigging quadrupeds in cinema 4d" and "animating quadrupeds in cinema 4d", also i am searching for "utilizing the muscle system in cinema 4d".
if the only possibility to get them is to buy them, i will buy them, but as a collegian i would really appreciate it if someone could upload them.

Skymatter Mudbox 1.0.6 VINTAGE Win32
Here is what AutoBloat was looking at before purchasing Mudbox from Skymatter. Lean & Simple this is great soft. Sure I use Mudbox 2012 on several machines but one does not have the pixel shaders needed to run AutoBloats versions but this one runs on any machine...Sort of like ALL versions of ZBrush. Grab it before it lapses into oblivion. 75mb

dDo Beta Amazing Program
So I want to show you guys the new program that quixel has released.
Called the new Ddo, This will change the way I texture things and make it a lot quicker for me too get my jobs done. It wont change the whole texturing part of things for your 3d models but will make life easier and I can spend more time modelling then texturing.
Here is some info
Texture entire scenes, props and characters within minutes, all following the art direction youve carefully designed. Advanced material definition, designed to work with any material, organic or hard-surface. Realistic or stylized accumulation of wear & tear. Pops right into the industry-standard Photoshop texturing workflow. Full-auto, 100% custom.
Now all we need is someone to crack it so we can use it after Beta goes!

Matrix 6.3
hi everyone,
firstly, a huge thanx for these matrix cracks. It is worling quite correctly for me except the fact when I open Matrix 6.3 SR3 version, rhino windows overtake matrix one on the left side of the screen. (i haven't got the "undo" arrows, the "reset" is half-cut...) I would like to know if it is possible to reduce the rhino windows ? if not, it is because it is a crack version ? I work under ASUS G75VW Full HD SCREEN

importing a rigged model from c4d into realflow
hiya ive got the realflow plugin for c4d r13 to export as sd but when i open it up in realflow 2012 6.0.2.0085 its just a still model without any animation ive trianglated the rigged model & optimised it just dont know where ive gone wrong
has anybody had luck in importing a rigged model into realflow from cinema 4d r13
can someone please help me out im pulling my hair out or point me in the right direction on a tutorial on this matter

Anyone else addicted to getting the latest Video Tutorials?
I know when I see a new video tutorials with software I use and it looks good, I have to get it. But often I find myself getting so much, that I don't know which to begin to watch. My hard drive has very little space left and I need to decide if I should keep or delete these videos.
I have to make myself watch the video tutors I have and stop myself from looking for more on the internet. I recently started watching ones I got months or a year ago. I am learning things but not creating any portfolio or youtube video yet. Instead of watching the tutorials I spend too much time searching for more?
So, I did get better. I only get the videos I REALLY need. Most videos, I noticed, have the same topic but made to look like it is something totally different.
I really think I am addicted. Sounds silly but I noticed a lot of my time is wasted searching and searching. I need to make my hobby into a career already! :eek:
